Why should I wait for the Tradeshift invitation?
JDE is not accepting connection requests from suppliers due to missing information during the registration process.
In most cases suppliers register themselves only with basic information such as an address and the registration is not completed by including the VAT/Tax registration number. This limits the options for JDE to find the supplier in the JDE database. Such connection requests are therefore rejected.
If the account is not set up properly JDE cannot upload the purchase orders to the Tradeshift portal and it also leads to other technical issues during invoicing.
Please do not create an account on your own, wait for the invitation from JDE.
